Topics of Special Interest:
- Nursing in the post-pandemic world
- Transitioning health research to health policy post-pandemic lessons learned
- Nurse well-being in a post-pandemic world
- The nursing workforce post-pandemic
Annual Objectives
- Convene the ASNA House of Delegates to conduct Association business.
- Provide an opportunity for fellowship among ASNA members and nurses
across the state. - Discuss the nursing workforce in the new healthcare normal post COVID
- Discuss nursing practice in the new healthcare normal post COVID
- Discuss strategies to improve nurse well-being in the new healthcare normal
- Provide continuing nursing education to nurses across the Southeast
Abstract Submission
- Acceptable topics include but are not limited to clinical nursing, nursing education, nursing administration, nurse wellness, advanced nursing practice, and health policy topics.
- Special consideration will be given to topics that consider the post-pandemic new normal for nurses.
- Only completed research/projects will be considered for podium presentations.
- Podium presentations should be 50 minutes in length including time for Q&A.
- Poster presentations are accepted for easel only. Easels will be provided at the convention venue.
- Presenters (poster and podium) must be registered for the convention and attend the convention.
- A daily registration option will be available for presenters wishing to attend the day of their presentation only.
- Abstracts must be submitted on the electronic form provided.
